School Day and Holidays:
School Times:
- 09:00 – 10:20 first session
- 10:20 – 10:35 morning break
- 10:35 – 12:15 second session (11:45 for infants)
- 12:15 – 13:15 Junior lunchtime
- 11:45 – 13:15 Infant lunchtime
- 13:15 – 15:15 third session
School gates open at 8.50am for children to enter school. Also in inclement/wet weather, the school doors are opened for children to come into school from 8.50am. Please note that children are not permitted onto the yard before this time and are encouraged to leave the school yard promptly at the end of the day when school staff are available to supervise for a period of 10 minutes. Any pupils not collected by 3.25pm are taken to the school office where parents will be contacted.
School Holidays:
The dates of the school year vary annually and parents are advised to check to ensure family holidays are not booked in term time. Durham County Council sets holiday times. A list of current dates is published annually on the website and copies can be obtained from school.
